RELIABLE PRODUCTION IN LINE WITH ESD/ESR REGULATIONS
Our largest advantages compared to competitors in our field are flexibility and adaptability.
No matter the size of the project, we always do our best to fully support our clients through the entire production cycle. We work quickly, reliably and with highest regard to quality on either prototype, small or large series of any product.
Our manufacturing lines are placed in ESD/ESR regulated production space to minimize the chances of damage to the component during production.
MACHINE PICK AND PLACE AND SOLDERING OF SMT COMPONENTS
We offer machine placement and soldering of SMT components. We can use »Pick and Place« method for component from 01005 size. We can also easily place BGA components. Largest size of PCBs we can produce is 1200x600mm. Our main production line can place in excess of a million components per day, so we can easily manufacture larger series as well.
Components and other support materials we use in our production are all in line with RoHS 2 standard.
Component placement and soldering is done in accordance with IPC A610 standard.
MACHINE AND HAND INSERTION AND SOLDERING OF THT COMPONENTS
Along with SMT assembly, we also offer hand and machine THT assembly. That allows us to offer a wider range of products and projects we can support.
Our automated system allows us to assemble and solder of up to 150.000 THT components daily. With this, we can offer a quick and reliable support in larger production series.
